1. The subject of the contract is to provide support services in the scope of ongoing maintenance (section II.2.4) 2 ads and small development (section II.2.4) 2 ads) of the billing system in the Energa Group - CC&B (hereinafter: the System).

1. The subject of the contract is to provide support services in the scope of current maintenance (point 2) and small development (point 3) of the billing system in the Energa Group - CC&B (hereinafter: the System).
2. The scope of current System maintenance includes:
a) providing services in the scope of System operation,
b) support in System administration.
The provision of services in the scope of system maintenance will be associated with the implementation of the following processes:
a) managing and resolving incidents;
b) management and problem solving;
c) support in handling standard requests agreed in the service card;
d) implementation of accepted changes in the scope of System maintenance, i.e. maintenance issues;
e) keeping the level of System availability and SLA parameters;
f) managing the operational configuration of the System;
g) user support in carrying out ongoing tasks.
3. Works submitted by the Employer as part of the small development services in the System will be carried out as part of the 920 hours monthly package. As part of the 920 hours package, there will also be requests for knowledge transfer per month. the costs of implementing these changes must be calculated by the Contractor in the price of the offer.
