1. "Supply of pre-insulated materials for the construction of underground heating networks from pipes and pre-insulated elements for hot water transmission with calculation parameters: temperature - 135/70oC and maximum working pressure - 1.6 MPa, A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 2 (Price Form) and Appendix No. 3 (Technical Conditions to be met by materials for the construction of underground heating networks from pipes and pre-insulated elements in the heating system in Rzeszow.

1. The subject of the contract is: "Supply of pre-insulated materials for the construction of underground heating networks from pipes and pre-insulated elements for the transmission of hot water with calculation parameters: temperature - 135/70oC and maximum working pressure - 1.6 MPa, A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 2 (Price Form) and Appendix No. 3 (Technical Conditions to be met by materials for the construction of underground heating networks from pipes and pre-insulated elements in the heating system in Rzeszów, to SWZ 2. Basic requirements for the subject of the contract: 2.1. Pre-insulated materials must meet the requirements set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ (Price Form) and the Technical Conditions that should be met by materials for the construction of underground heating networks from pipes and pre-insulated elements in the heating system in Rzeszów, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2.2. All elements of pre-insulated materials constituting the subject of the contract are to be brand new, unused. Brand new materials are materials manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party. 2.3. Pre-insulated materials being the subject of the contract and all components used for their production will meet the requirements of the Act of 16.04.2004 on construction products (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) together with the implementing provisions to this Act. 2.4. Pre-insulated materials being the subject of the contract will be complete and will guarantee proper execution of the sections of the heating network indicated in point 1. 2.5. Minimum warranty period required 60 months. Guarantee in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter XVI and XIX SWZ. Required warranty period 36 months. 2.6. Other conditions of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject of the contract are specified in Chapter XIX of this SWZ entitled "PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACT RELEVANT TO THE PARTIES".
