Middelfart District Heating has received approval for a project proposal under the Heat Supply Act on conversion from gas to district heating throughout Strib.

The conversion is divided into 5 stages and the present tender includes construction and pipe works for stages 1 and 2, where stage 2 is inserted as an option. Each stage includes about 12 km of main supply lines up to DN300 and about 7 km of connector lines. The work is offered as the main contract, which includes the complete construction and piping works on stages 1 and 2.
