1. The subject of the contract is "Provision of services in the field of work of lower staff, cleaning, disinfection, in-hospital transport, maintenance of cleanliness outside the Zduńskowolski Szpital Powiatowy Sp. z o.o."
2. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order in the following scope:
(1) Maintenance of hygiene including:
a) current cleaning,
b) cleaning after renovations
c) dezynfekcje,
(d) general cleaning.
2) Internal transport.
3) Patient service assistance services.
4) Maintaining the cleanliness of the external area of the hospital.
When performing the above-mentioned activities, sanitary and epidemiological rules should be observed. The Contractor will ensure supervision over its employees, committing to comply with all applicable regulations in the field of: OHS, fire, sanitary and epidemiological as well as regulations and regulations in force in Zduńskowolskie Szpital Powiatowy sp. z o.o.

3. Maintaining cleanliness hygiene in a continuous system, i.e. around the clock, the intensification of work related to the cleaning of internal areas is from 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
4. The place of performance of the service shall be:
1) Hospital wards with all socio-economic and communication facilities: internal ward, rehabilitation ward, gynaecological and obstetric ward, neonatal ward, surgical ward, palliative ward, children's ward.
2) Blocks: childbirth, operational
3) Hospital pharmacy.
4) Diagnostic laboratories: X-ray, ultrasound, CT, Endoscopy, Echo of the heart.
5) Specialist clinics with facilities,
6) Offices of POZ Adults and Children and NPL.
7) Rehabilitation Department.
8) Emergency Medical Services.
9) Administration, cloakrooms and Chapel
10) The area of the Zduńskowolski Szpital Powiatowy Sp. z o.o. with an area of approx. 17,200 m2 (including adjacent sidewalks in Królewska, Szpitalna, Dąbrowskiego streets).

* means the need for the Contractor to perform the service outside the work schedule, i.e. in the event of significant dirt, threat of contamination or difficulty in performing services. The need to perform the service by the Contractor is reported by the Ordering Party's employee using a given room.
In the rooms specified in items 3-7, the hours of availability depend on the number of patient admissions. The staffing in these rooms is the responsibility of the Contractor. The Ordering Party indicates the hours of availability of rooms and the detailed scope of activities necessary to perform within the subject of the contract, and the organization and provision of an appropriate number of personnel is on the side of the Contractor.
In the children's POZ room, a cleaning service should be performed 5 x a week after 9.00 and 18.00.
** in addition, the operating theatre should provide for the need for ground cleaning after unplanned treatments that may take place around the clock (hours of availability regarding planned treatments)
