The Eco-Energie Tertiaire (Tertiary Decree) system requires tertiary buildings over 1000m² to reduce their final energy consumption by 60% by 2050 (40% in 2030 and 50% in 2040). Thus, Normandie Aménagement organizes for all of its built heritage the implementation of the Tertiary Decree, and wishes to set up an energy efficiency strategy through the realization of energy audits for its buildings subject to meet the obligation to implement energy improvement actions in order to achieve these regulatory objectives.

The mission must meet in all respects the requirements of the CCTP and the obligations imposed by the Eco Tertiary Energy Decree and its Orders, in particular the latest Order of 13/04/2022 amending the Order of 10/04/2020 on the obligations of actions to reduce final energy consumption in buildings for tertiary use.
