The subject of this contract is the insurance of the PGE Narodowy complex in Warsaw and the operations of PL.2012 + Sp. z o. o. managing the PGE Narodowy complex.
The subject of insurance is property whose owner or user is insured during the insurance period (regardless of age, level of redemption or technical wear). The subject of insurance are also adaptation expenditures, increase in the value of property resulting from improvement (modernization, renovation, etc.), as well as revaluation, newly acquired property and increase in the value of property as a result of all investments. The increase in the value of fixed assets is protected on the basis of the automatic coverage clause. The Insurer's liability begins when the risk of owning or increasing the value of the property is transferred to the Insured.
Property insurance includes:
1) property insurance against all risks;
2) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks;
3) insurance of machinery and equipment against breakdowns;
4) terrorism / sabotage insurance.
Civil liability for personal injury, property damage or pure financial loss related to conducting business or owned, used, administered, used property. The protection covers civil liability for tort (tort) and liability for non-performance or improper performance of an obligation (contract), as well as remaining in a vanity.
The insurance shall also cover protection of damages caused by the Insured's employees. The Insured's employee is a natural person employed under a contract of employment, appointment, selection, appointment or under a civil law contract, under which the Policyholder is obliged to pay ZUS contributions. An apprentice, trainee, volunteer, temporary employee is also considered an employee.
Protection will also be granted if, under the provisions of law or concluded contracts, the Policyholder bears joint and several liability for damages with a subcontractor, associate or consortium member.
