The subject of the contract are:

1) Waste collection and management services (waste code: 17 01 01, 17 05 04) from works carried out in 2023, services for the collection and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated by ZRiKD in 2023 and the service of renting containers KP 7 and KP 14 for waste with the following codes: 17 01 07, 17 02 01, 17 03 80 and 17 09 04 with receipt, transport and management of this waste from ZRiKD departments and works carried out in the m.st Warsaw.

2) services are to be provided in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1A, 1B and 1C to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 2A, 2B and 2C to the SWZ.
