The air ducts located on the roof surfaces are insulated with diffusion-proof rubber insulation and protected against condensation, and also protected with a sheet metal duct.
The connection lines to the air outlets are made with flexible aluminum tubes.
Disk valves and ceiling swirl outlets are used as air outlets.
The volume flows of a meeting room on the first floor are regulated by CO2 sensors with variable volume flow controllers. All other rooms are equipped with constant volume flow controllers.
The ceiling / floor penetrations of the air ducts are sealed off with motorized fire dampers.
481 automation systems
The property has an existing GLT from Kieback & Peter in the adjoining building (technical center).
As part of the construction project, all newly built systems will be connected there. The communication interface is intended as a BACnet / IP interface.
The newly built RLT device will be provided with an integrated switch cabinet chamber. All components required for controlling and monitoring the device are integrated there. This is to be connected to the building automation of the property.
A separate control is provided for regulating variable volume flow controllers in the ventilation network. This is also linked to the building automation.
The system must be expandable for the later construction of the school building.
Furthermore, a separate control system is provided as a BUS system for controlling and monitoring motorized fire dampers
This will be connected to the new BMA. The ventilation system can be switched off via the BMA in the event of fire / smoke.
This is also linked to the building automation.
The system must be expandable for the later construction of the school building.
The systems described in this service description, as well as systems from other trades, are connected to the existing building automation in the building's technical center and transferred to the building owner's higher management level and visualized. The client operates a higher-level building automation system for all Kieback & Peter properties.
The following ventilation and building automation service areas are included:
- ventilation systems,
