In addition, the Assignment also includes a conditional part, being the implementation of a new-build dementia terrace, within the meaning of Article 57 of the Law of 17.6.2016 on public procurement, in the sense that this conditional part too

The Contractor is awarded, but during the execution the Contracting Authority can decide whether or not to execute this conditional part.
