The tender concerns the execution of earth, concrete, paving, assembly and forging work, as well as the supply of pre-insulated district heating pipes and components. The work is primarily carried out in connection with the conversion of natural gas customers to district heating. The work is offered in three Framework Agreements (sub-areas) – Framework Agreement Area 1.1, Framework Agreement Area 1.2 and Framework Agreement Area 1.3. The geographical scope of the three Framework Agreements is described in the other tender documents. All three Framework Agreements must be bid, but the same Bidder may be awarded a maximum of two Framework Agreements. If a Tenderer cannot execute more than one Framework Agreement, this must be stated in the Tender, and only one Framework Agreement will be awarded to that tenderer, even if the Tenderer has submitted the most economically advantageous tender for several of the Agreements.
