The procurement procedure is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code the services are divided into two lot (s):

- lot 1: development of avenue Thiers;

- lot 2: development of the Chemin de Sauvecanne.

The services of lot 2 are divided into two installments:

- Firm section (TF): from CD60A to the Babiole roundabout (RD8);

- Optional section (TO): from the roundabout of la Babiole (RD8) to the roundabout of the RD6.

Each lot will be the subject of a market. Candidates have the option of submitting tenders for one or more lots.

The share of the estimated budget for the work allocated by the contracting authority to lot 1 “development of avenue Thiers” is set at:

- roads, footpaths and soft lanes: 1,700,000 EUR excluding tax;

- public lighting and green spaces: 300,000 EUR excl. Tax.

The services are divided into a firm phase and an optional phase. The share of the estimated works budget allocated by the contracting authority to each tranche of the “development of the chemin de Sauvecanne” contract.

Lot 2 is set at:

- Firm section (TF): from CD60A to the Babiole roundabout (RD8): 1,800,000 EUR;

- Optional phase (TO): from the roundabout of la Babiole (RD8) to the roundabout of the RD6: 1,000,000 EUR.
