The object of the procurement contracts also includes the delivery of the purchased items to the place designated by the contracting authority in Estonia without paying a separate fee for it.

The indication of the estimated value of the part of this part of the procurement takes into account the acquisitions made on the basis of a framework contract concluded as a result of the 204699 of the public procurement and the 217107, and that in the future the acquisitions will also be carried out by the State ICT Centre and therefore the estimated costs of the parts will be multiplied due to the possible practice of the Court of Justice to consider the framework agreement terminated, including in a situation where the upper limit of the expected value has been reached.

The tenderer shall submit as a tender the equipment specified as the object of the e-catalogue procurement. Tenderers have the right to change the information about the equipment, delete and add new equipment in the e-catalogue throughout the entire contract period, taking into account the object of the procurement. The tenderer shall submit an e-catalogue of the sample offer for evaluation in accordance with the conditions set out in the technical specifications. The information of the products presented in the sample offer must be fixed at least 3 months after the conclusion of the framework agreement. When purchasing a sample product, the contracting authority selects the cheapest product offered for the products of different contractual partners.

The estimated value of the part of this procurement has been indicated taking into account the acquisitions made on the basis of a framework contract concluded as a result of the public procurement 204699, and also the fact that in the future the acquisitions will also be carried out by the State ICT Centre and therefore the estimated cost of the part will be several times compared to the previous one due to the possible practice of the Court of Justice to consider the framework agreement to have expired, including in a situation where the upper limit of the expected cost has been reached.
