This mission is divided into three sections "NG3 trains", "Civil engineering design, station, equipment and tracks" and "Civil engineering realization, station, equipment and tracks" and includes:
- a firm phase concerning the acquisition of six to eight trains, plus spare parts, with an impact on the maximum number of trains admitted into the carousel, around 82 months in interface with the purchases of other authorities organizing mobility;
- an optional section no. 1 for the design phase of the works and equipment (approximately 200 m of tunnel in the under construction, half a station in the under construction, the tracks and system equipment) with the impact on the carousel capacity and therefore on PCC software, around 40 months;
- an optional tranche No. 2 for the production phase following TO1. About 56 months. Total contract duration around 112 months. Certain services will be subject to service order.
