The assignment includes the Collection and processing of the Waste Paper and Cardboard (OPK) collected by the municipality of Oude IJsselstreek. For this contract, the Contracting Authority will bring the collected OPK to the Transhipment Location specified by the tenderer.

The tenderer must receive all opk collected by the municipality of Oude IJsselstreek and ensure that the collected OPK is delivered in the most efficient way to an OPK processing factory. The contractor is responsible for processing the delivered OPK and for selling sub-products for reuse in the market.

Approximately 2,200 tons of OPK (Fur) are collected annually.
