The subject of the contract covered by the Proceedings is: Provision of comprehensive IT services carried out in the outsourcing model. IT support concerns the support of the Ordering Party's users as well as other entities from the CEZ Group in Poland in the amount of not less than 370 – ServiceDesk service – and support and maintenance of IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, network devices, etc.) in the amount of not less than 370 pcs. The support will be provided on the basis of the catalogue of services presented in the next part of the Proceedings.
