1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services for the equipment of the Municipal Waste Thermal Disposal Plant together with the provision of spare and fast-consuming parts in 2023 and 2024.

2. The service in particular concerns inspections and periodic maintenance of machines, equipment and installations as well as making repairs.

3. Maintenance services include machines and devices occurring in the area of functional technological nodes, auxiliary installations and control systems, which are described in the ZTUOK Master Operating Instructions located in the Package for the Contractor available at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1hbBm_ZqhdYg4r2uI6piStNl5DI5rp5Pn?usp=sharing

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Part V of the SWZ.

As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide comprehensive maintenance services, provide spare and fast-moving parts, maintain readiness to provide services and remove failures and repair the equipment of the Municipal Waste Thermal Disposal Plant in order to ensure the continuity of the plant's operation.

The Ordering Party provides for two monthly breaks in the implementation of the order, caused by the shutdown of the Municipal Waste Thermal Disposal Plant for the time of renovation.

The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor in writing about the exact date of downtime seven days in advance.

During the shutdown of the installation / periodic renovation of ZTUOK, planned for the period of one month in 2023 and one month of 2024, the Contractor will not provide flat-rate and non-flat-rate maintenance services.
