1.The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners from the area of the Municipality of Rzezawa.

The object of the order is the receipt and development (recovery or disposal) of the municipal waste (mixed and selective) indicated in the description of the order from properties located within the Community of Rzezawa, on which the inhabitants reside, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the applicable rules.

The recipient of selectively collected municipal waste from property owners will be required to transfer the received municipal waste to the waste recovery and disposal plant, according to the waste management hierarchy.

Characteristics of the Municipality of Rzezawa:

The area of the Municipality of Rzezawa is 85.48 km2

The gmina contains the villages of Rzezawa, Krzeczów, Jodłówka, Łazy, Ostrów Królewski, Borek, Dąbrówka, Buczków, Dębina, Okulice and Bratucice.

Number of persons covered by the system according to the population register: 11 333 - as at 31.08.2022.

Number of people according to the declaration 9 308 - as at 31.08.2022

Number of submitted declarations – 3 041 – as at 31.08.2022

Note: the above population data may change due to population migration. The number of inhabited properties may slightly change as a result of new buildings being put into use and inhabited or depopulation.

The system for receiving municipal waste does not include waste resulting from business activities and properties not inhabited by residents.

2.The scope of the object of the order includes collection and development during the period covered by the order:

(a) Mixed municipal waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste collected in containers from residential buildings issued on the collection route (waste code 20 03 01);

(b) Selectively collected municipal waste, accumulated in properly marked bags from residential buildings, displayed on the pick-up route, i.e.:

• plastics, plastic packaging waste, multi-plant packaging waste, metals, packaging waste from metals;

• white and colored glass, packaging waste from glass;

• paper, cardboard;

• biodegradable waste including green waste;

c) Other large-size waste (i.e. furniture, couches, armchairs, tables, beds, mattresses, piers, carpets, baby strollers, etc., laundry dryers, ironing boards, large toys, washbasins, toilet bowls, radiators, refrigerators, TVs, washing machines and tires from passenger cars up to 8 pieces without real estate rims, including used electrical and electronic equipment;

(d) Waste collected selectively, commanded by the inhabitants to the designated municipal waste landfill in Bork - the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste;

e) Mixed waste similar to municipal waste from public areas as part of the "Cleaning the World" and liquidation of "wild landfills" actions carried out in the commune. The planned amount collected in this type of action is estimated at about 1 Mg / quarter Waste collection should take place within 7 days of telephone or e-mail notification about the completed action;

(f) Paddy animals from the area of the Municipality of Rzezawa - within 24 h of the telephone notification;

g) Reception of waste from street baskets, parks and playgrounds, bus stops;

2.1.The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected, transported and managed shall be 2400 Mg/12 months. The amount of waste generated in the municipality of Rzezawa is not dependent on the Ordering Party.
