This contract provides for the stipulation of framework agreements pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 04/18/2016 no. 50 smi for carrying out maintenance work on the paving of the motorway platform, of the junctions, of the service and parking areas and of the appurtenances along the motorway sections and of all areas, works, plants and installations forming part of the motorway heritage or complementary to it. The services also include the execution of localized restoration work on the road pavement including emergency work for repairs to the damaged road surface following accidents.

The assignment in question will take place through an open procedure with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer based on the best quality / price ratio, pursuant to art. 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016, n. 50 smi The tender consists of 10 tender lots.
