This contract is a joint service contract within the meaning of article 38 of the law of 15.6.2006 relating to public contracts and certain works, supplies and services contracts.

This contract relates to the conclusion of various insurance contracts for the City of Seraing and the Seraing-Neupré local police area.

The contracts will take effect on 1.1.2021 (00h00) and will run for one year.

At the end of this period, the duration of the contract will be automatically extended for an additional year, unless one of the parties does not intend to continue with the execution of the contracts, which it must notify the other party by letter. recommended, with acknowledgment of receipt, at least six months before the expiry date of the contracts concerned. The duration of the contract can be extended three times under the aforementioned conditions, for a maximum period of four years.
