The existing school building will be supplemented by an extension, as well as increased in parts. In
Area between existing and new part will be a part of the existing part between axis A and B
aborted. The finished, extended and rebuilt building consists of 3 intersecting
Buildings – so-called clusters – each with 3 full storeys with flat roof. Each of the 3 clusters is controlled by
a staircase with elevator. At the access cores are also the
sanitary facilities. On the ground floor there is a cafeteria in addition to sports, swimming and motor skills rooms
as well as the general specialist rooms. All classrooms, care rooms and teacher areas
are located on the upper floors.
The partially basement existing building was built at that time in concrete skeleton construction. Enlargement will be implemented in
Solid construction, which realizes additional storeys in timber construction.
Before the conversion and expansion of the building, the existing building is reduced to the shell, or except for the
Reinforced concrete skeleton construction gutted. Pollutants are reduced in accordance with the guidelines.
The total gross volume is approx. 32,000 m³, the GFA is approx. 8,000 m².
The tendered drywall work includes the following services:
- Metal stand drywall (plasterboard and cement boards) approx. 5,700 m²
- Plasterboard and fire protection cladding approx. 500 m²
- suspended ceilings with planking made of plasterboard and cement panels approx. 2500 m²
- suspended ceilings with planking made of wood wool acoustic panels approx. 3000 m²
- Metallkassettendecken ca. 30 m²
