the purpose of the contract is to provide a SaaS solution for the management of the register of processing activities ("processing register") of personal data (within the meaning of Article 30 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data), intended to be shared within the Family branch of Social Security by the shared DPO (Data Protection Officer) and the RIL (Relais Informatique et Libertés) of the organizations of the Branche.La network will also have to offer tools allowing the management or governance of personal data protection: at least managing requests to exercise data subjects' rights, carrying out data protection impact assessments and maintaining the data breach register. This service includes the provision of the solution in SaaS form, assistance and maintenance, training as well as updates induced by legislative and regulatory changes
