Oslo municipality, c/o the Development and Competence Agency, the Division for Group Procurements, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for the procurement of school books for the entities in Oslo municipality.

The framework agreement will cover the delivery of school books for Oslo municipality. The largest user is the Education Department, with a volume of approx. 180 teaching places with approx. 75 000 pupils i.e. primary and secondary schools, 6th form colleges and adult education. In addition there is a lessor need for nurseries, the activity school, the Arts Department and Departments at Rikshospitalet, Oslo prison and Bredtveit prison, who can make call-offs as needed.
