Description:
Provision of forest management services in the Wisła Forest District in 2023

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood as well as nursery, seed and selection in the Carpathian Gene Bank (Nursery Wyrchczadeczka Forest, Aviary Grouse Breeding, Beekeeping Farm, Herbaceous Garden and Plant Garden of the Silesian Beskids at the Forest Ecological Education Center in Istebna), to be carried out in the Wisła Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest management and nursery, seed and selection in the Carpathian Gene Bank (Wyrchczadeczka Forest Nursery, Aviary Capercaillie Breeding, Beekeeping Farm, Herbaceous Garden and Plant Garden) resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. A detailed description of point 3.1 of the SWZ.

Package I Forestry Gańczorka

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood to be performed in the Wisła Forest District in 2023 (Istebna Commune - Gańczorka Forestry - Package Implementation Area).

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ (detailed annexes can be found in point 3.1 of the SWZ). The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply. Descriptions of activity codes and a description of the rules of the procedure for collecting forest works are included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

In the case of obligatory exclusion of items from harvesting in the machine system (harvesting wood on cutting positions where it is unacceptable to use multi-operational machines) in particularly justified cases, e.g. changes in the conditions for which the above activities have been established, the Ordering Party allows a change in the technology of wood harvesting. Additional detailed information, regulations and rules for the performance of the contract are contained in points 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 of the SWZ.

Pack X Forestry Black

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of nursery, seed production and selection to be performed in the Carpathian Gene Bank in 2023 (Istebna Commune - Forestry Wyrchczadeczka and other jw. - Package Implementation Area).

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ (detailed annexes can be found in point 3.1 of the SWZ). The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
