This will cover, but not be limited to, the collection and security of data to enable the resultingprocessing, printing and eveloping of contact letters and associated information together with the postalarrangements for distribution such mail. Furthermore the framework will include the option to supplyappointment information direct to patients and GPs electronically if required.
