The subject of the contract includes in particular:

designing works, including obtaining all arrangements, conditions and decisions necessary to carry out the Investment in accordance with applicable regulations;

delivery and installation of lighting poles (including solar poles), along with the execution of necessary construction works (including installation);

delivery and installation of lighting fixtures on poles made;

delivery and assembly of cable cabinets and distribution equipment (including control system);

execution of necessary construction works, including installation works;

obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party all arrangements, conditions and decisions necessary to transfer the Investment for use in accordance with applicable regulations.
