The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as development of the forest nursery and forest seed production, to be carried out in the Górowo Iławeckie Forest District in 2019.
Package 1 - forestry: Dzikowo, Nowa Wieś, Stejno, Kiwajny, Orsy1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and logging.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. - size of works according to activities, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances and Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system.
3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3, respectively. The material ranges are listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.3. are estimates,
4) A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

Package 4 - Nowa Wieś forest nursery and seed production in the Górowo Iławeckie Forest District1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest protection and management forest nursery and forest seed production, to be carried out in the Górowo Iławeckie Forest District in 2019.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest protection and development of the forest nursery and forest seed production resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. - size of works by activity.
