The subject of the contract is the repair of modernized 3BM,405Bb rolling wheelsets and 4BM modernized drive wheelsets for EN57, EN57AKM, EN57AL, EW60 series rolling stock.
1. The subject of the contract is the repair of modernized 3BM,405Bb rolling wheelsets and modernized 4BM wheelsets for EN57, EN57AKM, EN57AL, EW60 series rolling stock.
2. The repair shall include upgraded castors:
1) rolling 405Bb (9ANa) to EW60 – in the amount of 4 pcs.,
2) rolling 3BM to EN57 in the amount of 12 pcs.,
3) rolling 3BM to EN57AL 2014 in the amount of 84 pcs.,
4) rolling 3BM to EN57AKM 2013 in the amount of 20 pcs.,
5) 4BM to EN57 drive in the amount of 12 pcs.
6) 4BM drive to EN57AL 2014 in the amount of 42 pcs.
7) 4BM drive for EN57AKM 2013 in the amount of 24 pcs.
hereinafter referred to as castors.
3. The repair of wheelsets is aimed at restoring their full repair, construction and operational parameters.
4. The scope of repair of wheelsets will depend on the technical condition in which they are sent for repair and will concern:
(1) for wheelsets 3BM and 4BM for EMUs of the EN57 series and 405Bb (9ANa) for the EW60 series EMU:
a) activities in the maintenance level P4 including rim and gear replacement (gear replacement applies only to 4BM wheelsets) – fixed range:
- disassembly, washing and preparation of the component for repair,
- diagnostic tests of the component,
- rim of wheelsets with rims made of P60T or B6T steel,
- flaw detector of axes and barefoot wheels,
- tests at a test station or diagnostic bench.
(b) work beyond the fixed scope of repairs for the repair of a wheelset:
- bearing replacement,
- barefoot wheel replacement,
- replacement of wheelset axles,
- replacement of the bearing ring,
(c) work beyond the fixed scope of repairs for the repair of a drivetrain:
- barefoot wheel replacement,
- bearing replacement
- replacement of wheelset axles,
- replacement of the bearing ring,
(2) for 3BM and 4BM wheelsets for ETUs of the EN57AKM 2013, EN57AL 2014 series:
(a) maintenance level P4 with rim – fixed range:
- disassembly, washing and preparation of the component for repair,
- diagnostic tests of the component,
- rim of wheelsets with rims made of steel recommended by the contractor,
- flaw detector of axes and barefoot wheels,
- tests at a test station or diagnostic bench.
(b) work beyond the fixed scope of repairs for the repair of a wheelset:
- bearing replacement,
- barefoot wheel replacement,
- replacement of wheelset axles,
- replacement of the bearing ring,
(c) work beyond the fixed scope of repairs for the repair of a drivetrain:
- bearing replacement,
- barefoot wheel replacement,
- replacement of the wheelset axle (disassembly and assembly of the gear),
- replacement of the bearing ring.
Note: 4BM castors for EN57AKM 2013 and EN57AL 2014 series EMUs will be supplied with two-stage transmissions. The rim should be done without disassembling the transmission.
5. A detailed description and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, in which the Contracting Authority refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the PPL, it allows the use of solutions equivalent to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems indicated in the SWZ and annexes. If equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor shall be obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the offered technical parameters in relation to the subject of the contract.
6. The Ordering Party requires that the order be executed for a period of 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
