Oslo municipality, c/o the Østensjø District, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites to an open tender contest for the development of Bogerud Activities Park, including the procurement of equipment thereof.

The Activities Park shall be a meeting place and an area for unstructured activities with exercising and play areas facilitated for adults, children, young people and persons with disabilities The Park shall be universally designed to the degree this is possible and the exercising apparatus shall stimulate strength, balance, co-ordination and stamnia The apparatus shall be low threshold and simple to use.

The main objective of the contract:

— The District has a meeting place at Bogerud that encourages physical activities and is characterised by functioning as a social arena close to areas where people lives/travels.

— The Activities Park facilitates affiliation and local identity, as well as creating relations across the generations.

— The Activities Park shall encourage the joy of being active, and encourage the area's physical inactive people to become more active.
