New development, further development, adaptation and maintenance of applications in the field of business analytics including consulting

1.1 With around 1.7 million insured persons, AOK Nordost is the largest health insurance company in the region. Its size is the basis for safety in turbulent times, excellent service, innovative services and the highest level of competence in all health issues. The aim of the AOK is to further develop the numerous quality-assured health programmes and to secure many competitive advantages through innovation.

In this capacity, AOK Nordost is inviting tenders for the present framework agreement for the new development, further development, adaptation and maintenance of applications in the field of business analytics, including consulting, by means of a public tender. The aim of the contract to be concluded is to cover the need for development services for BI applications, the associated integration services and consulting services for AOK Nordost within the term of the contract. Demand will be met on the basis of individual call-offs during the term of the framework contract.

For this purpose, a framework agreement with a term of 3 years with a unilateral extension option for AOK Nordost for a further year will be concluded. The intention is not only to purchase development services, but also to procure the necessary integration and consulting services.
