The purpose of the procurement is to obtain an HR system to operate and develop Almi's HR process. Almi intends to procure a user-friendly and manageable HR system as a SaaS solution. The system shall support Almi's HR process flexibly and with high functionality. The procurement also covers the operation, maintenance, management, training and support of the system support with option on consulting hours related to the system. The system will offer standardised processes but also provide a capable platform for further development of system support tailored to Almi's existing and future HR processes.
