General contractor performance consisting of all construction services and all planning services provided by HOAI LPH 5 (object planning according to § 33 et seq. HOAI, open systems according to § 38 et seq. HOAI, structural engineering according to § 49 et seq. HOAI and technical equipment according to § 53 et seq. HOAI) for the turnkey conversion of the city archive in Zwickau

GGZ intends to build on the Crimmitschauer Straße house 1 and 1 A property in Zwickau the

Transforming savings bank buildings into the city archive of the city of Zwickau. The building complex consists

a total of three parts of buildings built separately in time. The 5-storey main building (house 1),

the 2-storey counter hall and the 2-storey extension on Crimmitschauer Straße were

Built in 1936/37 with the function as “New Savings Bank Zwickau” and is a cultural monument. In

List of monuments of the Free State of Saxony, which is managed by the State Office for Monument Preservation, will

the savings bank building with the two-storey counter hall and the intermediate building at the

Crimmitschauer Straße under Obj. doc. -No. 09231293 listed as a monument. In 1993,

modernizes these parts of the building and expands the counter hall with an additional extension. The house

Sparkasse training building as well as internal connection to the new savings bank construction at the

Crimmitschauer Straße 2. This is not listed as a listed building.

After the conversion to various buildings and building parts in the city centre of Zwickau, and

archive material in the city archive is also partly distributed to decentralized leased depot and archive deposits as

central depot and archiving area in the city of Zwickau.
