The service consists in the collection and transport of rubble, CER 17.09.04, by appropriate means, from the areas of the seismic crater at the temporary storage of Arquata del Tronto: CER code 17.09.04, including the loading them with their own means. The quantities of waste contracted are estimated, approximately, at about 30,000 tons. The alleged amount of the auction contract is fixed at Euro 450,000.00 (Euro 439,200 subject to a downside + Euro 10,800.00 for security charges), corresponding to a unit amount of Euro 15.00/ton, in addition VAT, inclusive of all charges and services (Euro 14,64/ton subject to a discount + Euro 0.36/ton for security charges), as indicated in Art. 1 of the Special Tender Specifications. Estimated labour cost: Euro 202,500.00, included in the auction amount. The amount of waste reported above is to be considered entirely indicative, so the foster company will not in any way be able to encamp rights whatsoever for reimbursements or compensation in the event that waste transferred is less than that quantity.
