Description:
Reception and processing of waste code 19 12 12— low-calorie fraction (ballast)

The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and treatment of waste in the installation for the production of alternative fuel, classified in accordance with the current waste catalog – under the code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, generated in the Municipal Installation RCO Krosno in the process of mechanical treatment of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and pre-sorted waste

1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and treatment of waste in an installation for the production of alternative fuel, classified in accordance with the current waste catalogue – under code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, generated in the Municipal Installation RCO Krosno in the process of mechanical treatment of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and pre-segregated waste.

2. Requirements concerning the subject of the contract:

a) The total amount of waste expected to be handed over during this order is about 5 500 Mg of waste daily collection: from 21 Mg to 70 Mg, (from Monday to Friday depending on the needs of the Ordering Party),

The Ordering Party reserves the right to transfer less waste, provided that this amount will not be less than 2 750 Mg.

b) this waste will constitute the so-called ballast fraction. The waste will be generated by mechanical and manual processing, as a result of which fractions will be removed from the stream: glass, large films and cardboard boxes, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as recyclable plastics and paper.

(c) waste shall be transmitted in bulk,

(d) the waste shall be received by transport of the Contractor and at his expense from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 21:30,

(e) the costs shall be borne by the Contracting Authority,

f) The Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of postponing the validity of Annex 4 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 16 July (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1277),

3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have an entry in the register of entities introducing products, products in packaging and waste management (BDO) kept by the Marshal of the Voivodeship, referred to in Article 49 paragraph 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste in the field of storage, waste processing with the code 19 12 12 and in the scope of production of alternative fuel from waste with the code 19 12 10 and the scope of waste transport with the code 19 12 12

4. Additional requirements

Employment clause under employment contract Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the transport of waste (drivers) for the duration of the contract.

Provisions in this respect are regulated in paragraph 7 of Part II of the SWZ – Model Contract
