Maintenance services of the Vital Álvarez Buylla Hospital located in Mieres - Asturias - Spain

The maintenance services that will be part of the subject of this contract shall be as follows:

• Maintenance of thermal and cold storage facilities (installed equipment susceptible to RITE and RSIF, except equipment in production rooms), including existing cleanrooms.

• Maintenance of plumbing installations and evacuation networks,

• Maintenance of electrical installations (BT and CT)

• Maintenance of special facilities (e.g. insulation monitoring panels in operating theatres and intensive monitoring units, SAIS, generator sets, etc.),

• Maintenance of related facilities (e.g. patient-nurse communication system, public address system, access control),

• Maintenance of the pneumatic tube,

• Maintenance of the gas installation,

• Maintenance of fuel tanks,

• Maintenance of fire protection and CO2 installations (including detection, extinguishing and public address systems),

• Maintenance of existing centralized management systems

• Maintenance of the photovoltaic system

• Actions in the general maintenance of the building. The contractor shall also be responsible for the good condition of the installed movable property (furniture, signage, etc.) as well as the associated installations such as plumbing the furniture being considered as part of the general maintenance contract of the building.

The supply of batteries for SAIS is incorporated into the provision of the contract as an independent economic item thereof when incorporated into the maintenance tasks
