As part of the task, the reconstruction of the provincial road No. 843 Chełm-Kraśniczyn-Zamość will be carried out in the field of construction of a bicycle path in the town of Depułtycze Królewskie from km 6+211.2 to km 6+800.00.
The detailed material scope and the number of works are specified in the attached Bill of Quantities, Executive Design, Construction Project, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and Projects of Temporary and Permanent Road Traffic Organization.
The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe conditions of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the area of works carried out in accordance with the Project of Temporary Change of Road Traffic Organization.
The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders.
The contracting authority provides for the annulment of the procedure within the meaning of Article 257 of the PPL Act.
The scope of works includes:
- making the marking according to the approved traffic organization project for the duration of construction,
- demolition and earthworks - along with the removal of excess spoil from excavations and waste generated during the implementation and their utilization, in accordance with applicable regulations,
- construction of a two-way bicycle road with a width of 2.0 m with horizontal gauges on both sides (2x0.2 m) – a total of 2.4 m,
- height adjustment of accompanying armament devices, not related to the road (teletechnical well at km 6+712.5) – the need to regulate the above-mentioned object results from terrain limitations,
- regulation of roadside ditches,
- implementation of traffic safety devices (U-11a barriers),
- reconstruction – extension of the existing 600 HDPI culvert on a length of 7.0 m (from km 6+215.6 to km 6+222.6),
- land development by plantation of the area, sowing slopes and roadsides, strengthening the slopes of embankments with openwork concrete slabs,
- construction of a public exit with a road width of 5.0 m (km 6+708.5) with a culvert fi 60 HDPI length of 8.0 m,
- construction of a passage for bicycles 3m wide (km 6+776.5) and a 50-meter culvert 5m long under the passage,
- change of the permanent organization of traffic,
- finishing works carried out at the contractor's own expense and efforts - restoring the area to its original state, in particular:
a) reconstruction of the current course of elastic barriers,
b) plantation and leveling of roadsides with sowing grass (restoration – establishment of a lawn).
The contractor is obliged to liquidate the construction site and fully organize the area around the construction site. Clearing the construction site is a requirement set out in the administrative regulations on order.
