The objective of the assignment is to develop a knowledge base which can be used in connection with development of systems and qualification measures for this group of employees, in such a way that they become motivated in getting pedagogical education.

The assignment shall include a description of the number of employees working as teachers without approved education and characteristics related to their professional and educational background, the percentage of full-time equivalent, wage and employment statistics. Own descriptions and assessment of future plans, circumstances of life, more detailed information about their professional and educational backgrounds, current positions and work tasks, will also be relevant.
