The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: of 2022, item 672, as amended – the "Forest Act") covering works in the field of mechanical soil preparation for performance in the Brzeziny Forest District in 2023.

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of mechanical soil preparation for performance in the Brzeziny Forest District in 2023.

2) The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of mechanical soil preparation resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

(3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
