Comprehensive road reconstruction in Sosnowiec Municipality — part 6 — Expansion of Gen. Mariusz Zaruski Street.

1. The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction works for part 6 — Expansion of Gen. Mariusz Zaruski Street — based on the design documentation providing a detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ).

Part numbering takes into account the systematics of the case mark proceedings WZP.271.1.111.2021.MW.

2. Description of the subject of the contract is Appendix No 2 to the SWZ — Detailed Description of the Subject

3. The warranty period required for the entire Item of the order in terms of Part No. 6 of the order is 60 months.

4. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel public procurement proceedings if the funds which he intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to him.
