The purpose of the consultation is: As part of its missions, the planning department wishes to be able to solicit the skills of service providers in order to verify the timeliness and the technical and financial feasibility of the elements of the programs envisaged within the development operations. The objective is to enable the Metropolis and the City of Nice to define the overall content and the detailed program of future constructions and private or public open spaces, necessary for the pre-operational and operational phases of urban projects and to be assisted in the consultation and monitoring of project management service providers .The present consultation is launched following the procedure: Open call for tenders - Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code

Framework agreement with purchase orders:Minimum amount: 15 000,00 EURMaximum amount: 2 000 000,00 EURIn value in EUR (excl. VAT) .Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months.Start of the contract: Upon notification of the contract.The execution time of each service is indicated in the order form or, if applicable, in the C.C.T.P.The contract is placed in a grouping of orders.
