This framework agreement deals with pruning, slaughter, shortness of drying and pruning of plants on the tree-lined heritage of the municipality of Mandelieu-la-Napoule. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders, made at unit prices with a minimum amount and with a maximum amount, fixing all contractual stipulations and executed as the purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or re-competition, in accordance with the terms laid down in the framework agreement and in application of Articles L. 2125- 1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code minimum annual amount: 70,000 EUR excl. VAT, maximum annual amount: 300 000 EUR excl. VAT. For information purposes, the amounts ordered for the last four years are as follows:
