The city of Ditzingen as the client (AG) will tender for the lunch catering and management of the canteen at the Theodor-Heuglin Community School in Ditzingen-Hirschlanden on 08.01.2024 (planned start of services).

The Theodor-Heuglin Community School is a 3-class primary school with a primary school remedial class and a 3-class community school (secondary level 1).

Currently, 697 pupils (279 primary school pupils, 13 primary school children and

405 community pupils at secondary level 1) at the site.

Of the 697 pupils, 260 pupils (180 GS + NVC, approx. 80 GMS secondary) take the

GS daily, the GMS from Monday – Thursday, from approx. 12:15 – 14:00 o'clock for lunch in the school's own canteen and the multifunctional room (theatre room) opposite in the building. The primary school pupils are supervised by employees of the municipal school child care centre when they eat.

The canteen has 84 seats, the theatre room 60 seats. Food is served in a tray system and in 2 – 3 layers. In the canteen via the counter connected to the kitchen, in the theatre room by means of a mobile counter that is stocked in the kitchen and operated by a housekeeper.

The scope of services includes all tasks and services that are necessary in connection with the management of the canteen and the associated catering services. The services are to be provided by the contractor (contractor) under the direction of the contractor (contractor) with his own staff (3 persons during the main meal time).
