the purpose of this contract is to provide the Eaux de Mayotte, the organising authority of the public drinking water and wastewater service, with technical, legal, financial and organisational assistance to prepare the liquidation of the existing delegation contract, study possible and appropriate management methods (concession, lease, governance, etc.) from 2027 for the public water service, implement the management method chosen by LEMA's deliberative body and Assist LEMA in the conclusion of a public water service delegation contract
