Ringerike kommune invites turnkey contractors with architect and landscape architect to a limited tender contest over the EEA threshold according to the regulations part 1 and 3 on the project ‘Hønefoss South grade 1 to 7 school with multi-purpose hall’. The objective of the contest is to procure turnkey contractors for engineering design and construction of a new school and multi-purpose hall. Interaction has been chosen as the execution model in the development of the project.

The further development of the project shall be executed in a 2 part contract after submission of tender offer with draft project:

Part 1: A preliminary project which shall be developed in interaction with the builder, contractors, consultants and architects.

Part 2: Detailed engineering design and execution phase. Final contract form will be clarified after the execution of Part 1.

Alternative contract forms will be: Turnkey contract with option on Interaction.

This procurement is for a contractor and consultants of all disciplines, architect and landscape architect.
