the purpose of this consultation is to entrust the licensees with the installation of animation structures, their maintenance, as well as the scenography as part of the end-of-year festivities, which take place on the territory of the city of Clamart

Once the site(s) and the theme of the event have been chosen, the holder must present the elements allowing the organization of the event, and in particular:

- Identification of the manager

- the layout diagrams, making it imperative to show the water inlets, the evacuations, the various electrical connections, for all the structures arranged on the sites, including the constraints related to the safety of people and the accessibility of the sites and structures

- the deadlines for assembly and dismantling of structures

- a proposal for the development of the site(s) with presentation of the two to three structures, activities and/or outdoor winter activities for all the sites chosen

Once the site(s) and the theme of the event have been chosen, the holder must present the elements allowing the organization of the event, and in particular:

- the identification of the manager;

- the design of all the scenographic elements illustrating the chosen theme (freestanding structures, furniture, decorative elements, accessories, etc.), including the constraints related to the location of the structures subject to lot 1, the safety of people and accessibility;

- the design of the lighting atmosphere and recommendations for the integration of visual devices, including the recommendations of lighting equipment and the definition of electrical installations necessary for lighting and the integration of visual devices;

- the deadlines for assembling and dismantling the scenography elements;

- Proposal for the implementation of the scenographic elements
