Object planning services - outdoor facilities according to § 39 para. 1 HOAI 2021 for the service phases LPH 1 to 9, in stages,

for the construction and conversion of a technical college (Lot 1)

and the modernisation and conversion of the existing sports hall and the extension of a single sports hall (Lot 2)

on the site of the school site of the Archbishop's Vinzenz von Paul in Markt Indersdorf.

The area of the school site of the Archbishop Vinzenz von Paul Realschule in Markt Indersdorf includes several building complexes from different eras. Since 2008 to 2021, the areas of the former monastery complex on Marienplatz have undergone a general overhaul in a total of four (4) construction phases.

The subject of the present award procedure in Lot 1 is the procurement of property planning services - outdoor facilities in accordance with Section 39 (1) HOAI 2021 for the service phases LPH 1 to 9, in stages, for the new construction and conversion of a technical secondary school (Lot 1).

The client is the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, KdöR.

The contractor has no legal right to commission individual or even all stages.

There is a need for additional gym space for the pupils of the secondary school on the one hand and for the pupils of the technical secondary school on the other. Physical education lessons are already taking place in external gyms (for example in Röhrmoos). Currently, the Archbishop's Vinzenz von Paul Realschule owns a double gymnasium from 1992 and a gymnastics hall from 1980.

The subject of the present award procedure in Lot 2 is the procurement of object planning services - outdoor facilities in accordance with Section 39 (1) HOAI 2021 for the performance phases LPH 1 to 9, in stages, for the modernisation and conversion of the existing sports hall and the extension of a single sports hall (Lot 2).

The client is the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, KdöR.
