1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive, if necessary within a period of 36 months, deliveries for the needs of the plant of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami in Suwałki Sp. z o. o. at Raczkowska 150A, 16-400 Suwałki: a) diesel oil without biocomponents, b) light fuel oil, with parameters specified technical conditions of the subject of the contract, in accordance with the conditions set out in this SWZ and its annexes, using the Contractor's means of transport.
2. The estimated amount of the subject of the contract is: a) diesel fuel – approx. 360,000 liters, b) light fuel oil – approx. 30,000 liters. These quantities are estimates and serve the Contractor as an auxiliary to prepare the offer and calculate costs, but they do not constitute the basis for any claims in this respect. The Ordering Party is not obliged to complete the order in full. Deliveries of diesel and heating oil will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

3. Technical conditions of the subject of the contract:
1) Desired parameters of the goods:
a) diesel oil must meet the parameters specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 23 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680), while the offered diesel oil must be without biocomponents and comply with the currently applicable regulations in this respect on the date of expiry of the submission of tenders;
b) light fuel oil must meet the parameters specified in the Polish Standard "PN-C-96024:2020-12, Petroleum products – Fuel oils" and have physico-chemical parameters not worse than:
