1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the service: "Current maintenance, maintenance of urban green areas and maintenance of selected sidewalks in Świdnica".
2. The subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in the maintenance and maintenance of urban green areas, including, among others:
1) cleaning the entrusted green areas, maintaining the cleanliness of sidewalks and alleys
located within the green areas adjacent to these areas, waste disposal with disposal
2) mowing grass with and without swaths removal,
3) leaf removal,
4) maintenance works within the planting, such as sanitary and corrective cuttings,

5) cutting ornamental shrubs, their care, hedge forming cuts,
6) weeding plantings of shrubs, perennials and flowers,
7) planting plants and flowers in the ground and in elements of small architecture,

The subject of the contract includes:
Ongoing maintenance, maintenance of urban green areas and maintenance of selected sidewalks in Świdnica, including:
1) in the lanes of municipal roads,
2) in the road lanes of provincial roads,
3) on squares, squares and other indicated communal areas in the city of Świdnica,
4) maintaining the cleanliness of urban green areas and maintaining selected sidewalks in the road lanes of municipal roads, in the road lanes of provincial roads, on squares, squares and other indicated municipal areas in the city of Świdnica.

5. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for a period of 36 months for planted trees and shrubs and a guarantee for a period of 1 month for all planted seasonal flowers.
6. During the guarantee, the Contractor is obliged to water the planted trees and shrubs.
7. If, during the assessment of the condition of the planted plants, the Contractor is obliged to replant them within the time limit agreed with the Contracting Entity.
8. The warranty does not cover loss of plant viability caused by acts of vandalism or mechanical damage caused by motor vehicles.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law for an amount not exceeding PLN 200,000.00 net. The Ordering Party will award such contracts in the event of a demand for similar services (such as cleaning of entrusted green areas, maintaining the cleanliness of sidewalks and alleys located within the green areas adjacent to these areas, waste disposal with utilization, mowing grass with and without swath removal, leaf removal, care works within trees such as sanitary and corrective cuttings, removal of deadwood, pruning of crowns, removal of trees, removal of windbreaks, cutting ornamental shrubs, their care, hedge forming cuttings, weeding plantings of shrubs, perennials and flowers, planting plants and flowers in the ground and in elements of small architecture, prevention and control of plant diseases and pests) in accordance with the subject of the basic contract.
