The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited, uninhabited and recreational and recreational properties in the territory of the Municipality of Rokiciny and equipping these properties with containers for mixed waste and containers or segregated waste bags.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the receipt and management of municipal waste from inhabited, uninhabited and recreational and recreational properties in the territory of the Municipality of Rokiciny and equipping these properties with containers for mixed waste and containers or segregated waste bags.

2. The municipal waste collection system does not cover waste created in burial cemeteries in the Rokiciny Municipality.

3. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and development (recovery and disposal) directly from all waste properties:

1) mixed municipal waste,

2) municipal waste collected selectively divided into:

a. Paper — including paper waste, cardboard, paper packaging waste and packaging waste made of cardboard,

b. Glass — including glass waste and glass packaging waste,

c. plastics and metals — including metal waste, packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste,

d. biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste (in single-family development it is permitted to compost or use biowaste, including green waste for its own needs),

e. ash and firebox waste.
