The subject of the contract consists in the implementation of construction works in the formula “design and build”, and “build up” for the implementation of the task: Comprehensive development of terraces and reconstruction of the northern wing of the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes of Pomerania in Szczecin and will include the following stages:

Stage I “Comprehensive Zoning of the Terraces of the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes in Szczecin”:

1) Update the project documentation on the basis of PF-U for the investment task “Comprehensive Zoning Tarasów ZPK in Szczecin” in design and build formula.

2) South Terrace.

3) Eastern Terrace.

4) Terrace and North Escarpment.

5) Execution of injections on the north terrace on the north escarpment and around outdoor tunnels and on the east terrace.

Stage II “Reconstruction of the North Wing of the ZKP in Szczecin”

1) Development of project documentation on the basis of PF-U entitled “Reconstruction of the North Wing in Szczecin”.

2) Rebuilding the North Wing.

3) Repairs work involving the removal of faults.

2) Range 2 — South Terrace.

3) Range 3 — Eastern Terrace.

4) Range 4 — Terrace and North Escarpment.

5) Range 5 — Execution of injections on the north terrace on the north escarpment and around outdoor tunnels and on the east terrace.

Stage II “Reconstruction of the North Wing of the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes in Szczecin”:

1) Scope 1- Development of project documentation on the basis of the Functional and Utilities Programme called “Reconstruction of the northern wing of the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes in Szczecin” developed by Maple Sp. z o.o.

2) Range 2 — Reconstruction of the North Wing.

3) Scope 3 — Repairs work involving the removal of faults.

2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, the description of the requirements of the contracting party for the execution of the order shall be specified below:

- Designed terms of the contract — Annex 3 to the SWZ,

- Description of the subject of the order together with the annexes — Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
