The University of Oslo, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, operates and administer 460 000 m2 buildings owned by the Awarding Authority. The areas are subject to continuous changes.

The Awarding Authority is in constant alteration and there are frequent requirements related to adjustments and reconstruction of the premises in order to arrange the physical condition in the best possible manner.

In order to strengthen the capacity in relation to implementation of the Awarding Authority's construction project, the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into agreements with service providers who can offer project managers for reconstruction, maintenance and smaller restoration project, as well as larger contracts. The Awarding Authority shall enter into agreements with 3 service providers.
